The end of an era came on Tuesday 09/01/20 as I sold the last property in my Christian Shore Investment Company portfolio.

Done.

After 40 years, it's been a good run, and a lot of fun.

To celebrate, Sue and I did outside dining at a local seafood restaurant, and then at home toasted to the event with a shot of Dr. Jack Daniels Old No. 7 Tennessee Whiskey — the worlds finest charcoal mellowed whiskey.
