The Christian Shores Investment Company is a private New Hampshire real estate investment company founded by Peter Rose in 1973. It is named after a colonial area in the New Hampshire seacoast town of Portsmouth where he purchased one of his first investment properties.

After successfully operating CSIC for over 40 years while working as a senior web based business applications software engineer, Peter retired in 2015, and began to wind down operations over the next few years.

While currently operating his new firm, Longwood Currency Trading, he remains available for consulting in the areas of the analysis, financing, purchase, and management of small investment real estate properties and businesses.
