Sue and I just had a very relaxing 4th of July together, not minding missing any of that traffic, or the masses of people everywhere!

Though we actually did have a cook out - 2 pounds of the best marinated steak ever - I didn't take any pictures of that. Who needs to see yet another picture of me with a beer in my hand, grilling something outside? No-bod-y. Nobody.

It was so hot out that Sue wanted to take Beau somewhere he could cool off.

Our neighbors Jen and Butch down the street had invited us to their fireworks party at their house, but after such a busy few days we just wanted to hang out at the house. However, we did drive down and park off the side of the road for about 10 minutes as they let off their fireworks, and it was some spectacle!
