Sue got me up Wednesday morning 10/19/22 at 5 o'dark am to go on a Sunrise Ocean Photo Excursion down to Odiorne Point State Park in Rye.
We had to get all bundled up because temps were in the mid 30s, and even after the sun came up weren't expected to get higher than the mid 50s.
After getting some really spectacular pictures, Sue suggested we drive South on 1-A to see what else might be interesting. That was great, because we had thought driving back through the back roads of Greenland would be so pretty with the leaves now fully turned, and beginning to brown.
And what ride through Greenland into Newington would be complete without a stop at the Great Bay Marine facility. We got there just in time to see a big sailboat being lifted out of the water to be towed over to its winter storage cradle.

Sue had me pull over along the shore road to take a picture of this neat lobster buoy configuration by a bridge.
