11/27/21 First Snow And Zoo Lights Exhibit

We had bought tickets for us and Mia to go see the Zoo Lights exhibit at the Stone Zoo in Stoneham, MA Saturday 11/27/21.

It had started snowing lightly last night and into this morning, and left the season's first white blanket of just over 2 inches to greet us when we got up. After grabbing a bite to eat, I went out with Beau to brush off the cars. Man, it was windy and cold out! Will have to get used to all this again, I guess!

Though we were all pretty cold by the end of the day after walking around Zoo Lights for almost 2 hours, Sue and I had a wonderful day with Mia. I'm so glad that Sue discovered this, and suggested that we take Mia. Not sure who had more fun romping around the site: Sue or Mia!

Before we had been in the car 10 minutes on the drive down to Zoo Lights, Mia conked right out. Marissa had mentioned that she was pretty tired, and might sleep on the way down. But man, when we got into the zoo, Mia was allllll over the place!
