Sue and I picked Mia up for a few hours late Saturday morning 10/30/21. We wanted to take her to the Dover Public Library annual book sale, and then have lunch with her.
It was chilly and drizzling out as we unhooked her from her car seat, and made a dash for the library. She had a great time as we were there for over an hour, and she was engrossed in all the books. She picked out a few that she wanted, and Sue and I found a few of interest before heading off to Strafford Farm for lunch just after noon.
After lunch, even though it was drizzling pretty regularly, Sue felt like a quick walk through the woods to kick some leaves around. We didn't get soaked, but a 'quick walk' was all we were up for.
On the way down to Dover to pick Mia up, I pulled the car off the road to grab this terrific shot of some brilliant foliage against the dense fog that had blanketed the mountain overnight.

Sue caught us humming across the library parking lot for the car in the drizzle.
By the time we got to the restaurant, the rain was coming down pretty good, and so Mia grabbed her umbrella from the car.
Mia took charge of Sue's cell phone as soon as we sat down at our table at the restaurant, and began searching for a picture for Sue of the character she was dressing up for Halloween.

I caught this picture of Sue and Mia peeking behind a tree on our walk.
