Sunday 07/18/21 Gail came for an overnight visit, and so we had to have a party!

I grilled up a couple of pounds of marinated beef tips on the grill that the kids had given to me for my birthday, and Sue made up this marvelous spicy cold Mexican Street Corn Salad dish with fresh local corn, cilantro, and all sorts of interesting ingredients as well as baking a super 3 berry pie for desert.

After walking Beau Monday morning, Sue and Gail packed up and headed off for a 'girls gone wild' in Lincoln, NH.

They chose to take a long loop up the east side of Lake Winnipesaukee through Wolfeboro, Moultonboro, and Sandwich before arching over through Tamworth to take The 'Kank' — (The Kancamagus Highway) — into Lincoln.

They were going to spend the night at a condo in Lincoln that Gail's daughter owns, and then do some exploring in the area (hiking in different places and going to The Boulder) before heading to Concord. Gail had driven her truck to our house, and then they had taken Sue's car for their trip.

So when I got the call, I drove Gail's truck and met up with them in Concord, and then Sue and I drove back home.
