Saturday 06/19/21 Sue's great friend Gail came for an overnight visit.

Because it was so hot Saturday afternoon when Gail arrived, they sat down out on the screen porch to try some watercolor painting until it was time to start the party!

I fixed what turned out to be an outstanding Asian spiced coconut shrimp with fresh ginger root over Pad Thai noodles cooked in parsley and ginger infused water. Yup, that was really tasty.

Sunday morning after Sue and Gail got back from walking Beau, and then Gail had to head back home. A short, but nice visit, and they're already planning another.
