Sue and I just had a relaxing Sunday to wind down from a busy week.
The highlight of the day was a special dinner we fixed: Pork Chops With Apple and Arugula, complemented with a side of garlic and onion sauteed carrots, and a nice bottle of Chardonnay.
Getting dinner cooked while sipping wine and listening to some tunes.
It sure is nice by the wood stove on a chilly winter night!
