Born in Chicago, Illinois in 1949, Peter graduated in 1972 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physics from Eastern Illinois University, Charleston, Illinois, and then moved to the historic and vibrant coastal city of Portsmouth, NH where he opened the Rose School of Karate having begun his martial arts studies after entering E.I.U. in 1968, and has continued his practice to this day, currently serving as the Senior Grandmaster of C&S Self Defense Association.

     After graduation, Peter began not only a serious study of business and the financial markets, but began a 40 year career in real estate investment through his Christian Shores Investment Company.

     From 1982 until he retired in 2015, Peter worked at companies in New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts, and did consulting through his Riverside Software Development company as a Senior Software Engineer designing and building complex internet based business applications.

     In 1980 he began studying, investing, and trading various financial products, as well as programming simulation analysis applications, discovering the FOREX foreign currency market in 2007, and subsequently starting Longwood Currency Trading in 2012.

     In addition to a life long passion for the creative process of writing both fiction and nonfiction (catalog of works at pmRose - An Author's Website) Peter has a broad and diverse number of interests, most of which he continues to actively pursue: reading many different genres, concepts of business and business process, real estate investment, sailing, software applications design and development, martial arts, backgammon, cooking, sailing, history, Eastern philosophy and some Western, wine, psychology, meditation, and science.
